Exchange & Refund

We accept exchanges or refund on unsuitable purchases (except SALE items and VINTAGE items).

You can return or exchange unsuitable purchases within 7 days of receipt for a refund or to exchange for a different size or item.

All items should be returned in their original packaging, unmarked and in the same condition in which they were delivered. Please remember that if any tags are removed from the garment after you receive it, we won’t be able to exchange or refund your purchase.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of sending the items back. Free worldwide delivery offered is only for those who actually keep the products. If you would like to make refund on your unsuitable purchases, we will deduct the postage (we spent for shipping the goods to you) from the full product price when refunding your money.

Include a note with your return that includes your contact details, email address and whether you would like exchange or refund.
